The WolfePak Document Management/Imaging module is a general add-on to your system for scanning images and related documents. You can store these files with master file records for vendors, customers, employees, wells, owners, or individual transaction entries (G/L entries, A/P invoice entry, check stub entry, deposit entry, field tickets for invoices, etc.).

We developed this module specifically for the WolfePak system to simplify file entry and accounting.

Accounts payable approval/routing lets users view source documents as invoices are routed to them for approval (fully functional in each module)
Rerouting capabilities
Pending invoice reports
Used with AFE tracking, pending A/P invoices will show up on AFE Budget Comparison Report as pending
Notification of pending invoices when logged into that specific company (electronic notification of invoices for approval is available with the alerts add-on feature)
